The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree obtained from an Institution / University approved by the government or University Grants Commission in the 10+2+3/4/5 pattern or, for diploma programs, in the 10+3+2/3 pattern. However, candidates who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree through Open Universities without going through the above pattern will not be eligible.
